What is your MOQ?
White-glaze catalogue models have MOQ 0 — order any quantity. Colored or custom-glaze models carry an MOQ of 30 pieces per model.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes — samples of catalogue models are free of charge. Freight is discussed per destination and usually collected on your account or added to the first order.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T or L/C at sight. We can discuss the split that suits your procurement process once we quote your order.
What is your lead time?
30 days for standard orders; 30–40 days for custom or sample orders. Loading schedules are confirmed in writing with each order.
Do you offer OEM / ODM?
Yes. We run your drawing or your label on dedicated lines, with in-process checks at casting, glazing and firing. Samples ship before mass production.
Which certifications do you hold?
CE (Europe), WaterMark (Australia / New Zealand), WELS water rating, ISO 9001:2015 quality management and our SGS emission test reports are open to download on our Certifications page. SASO (Saudi Arabia), CIDB / SIRIM (Malaysia) and amfori BSCI social compliance apply to the markets shown — tell us your destination and we confirm the position for the exact model before sampling.
