The smart range
Smart toilets: tankless and built-in cistern
12 models in this range. Specification sheets confirmed per model.
The smart range is twelve models, and the design decision behind all of them is the same: the cistern is built into the body rather than concealed in the wall. That means no frame, no carrier and no access panel — and it is the difference between a smart toilet you can fit into a refurbished bathroom and one you cannot. Six of the twelve are floor-standing, three are back-to-wall and two are wall-hung. All twelve flush by Tornado wash-down and all carry a 180 mm P-trap roughing-in. Seats are UF or PP.
- The difference that matters: the cistern is built into the ceramic body, not concealed in the wall — so no frame, no carrier and no access panel, and it fits a refurbished bathroom without opening the wall
- Twelve models: six floor-standing with a built-in cistern, three back-to-wall, two wall-hung
- Tornado wash-down throughout, and a 180 mm P-trap roughing-in on every model
- Seats in UF or PP — tell us the model and we will confirm which
- One model is tankless and instantaneous rather than a built-in cistern — ask us for the difference if that is the format you need

Buyer questions
Smart toilets: tankless and built-in cistern
Does a smart toilet need a concealed cistern?
No. The cistern is built into the ceramic body, so there is no in-wall cistern, no frame and no access panel to plan for. That is what makes this range suitable for a refurbishment where the wall is not being opened.
Is a tankless smart toilet available?
Yes — one model in this range is tankless and instantaneous (SMART-1). It is a different format from the built-in-cistern models, so tell us which of the two you need and we will send the right specification.
Which is better for a renovation, a built-in cistern or a concealed one?
For a renovation, built-in: the cistern travels with the pan, so the work is limited to the waste and water connections. A concealed cistern needs the wall opened for a frame and carrier, and an access panel somewhere.
