About the company
A ceramic factory, not a middleman.
Guangdong ShengGe Sanitary Ware Technology Co., Ltd. has run its own ceramic production lines in Chaozhou, Guangdong since 2021 — in the heart of China’s sanitaryware cluster. Today the plant spans 51,000 m² and employs 285 people across casting, glazing, firing, QC and export.
Bodies are fired in our own 130 m tunnel kiln — casting, glazing and firing stay under one roof. Running 25–28 days a month across 10 production months, that is about 1,300 sets a day, or 325,000–364,000 sets a year.
Our core is the Tornado flushing system — engineered for strong, quiet performance — and a simple promise: ceramic bodies carry a lifetime warranty, and white-glaze models carry a zero MOQ, so distributors start small and scale on proof.

Stages of a fired product
High-pressure casting
Casting
Bodies are formed by high-pressure casting — the stage where dimensional consistency is decided.
Hand trimming before firing
Finishing
Glaze and trimming are finished by hand on critical surfaces, then every piece is inspected before it enters the kiln.
Inside the kiln
Firing
High-temperature firing is where ceramic earns its name. Firing curves are logged per batch, not guessed.
